The Operator.
I run my own agency on the same pattern I teach and install: a lean setup where Claude and a stack of local models I train in-house do the repeatable work, and a person signs off on everything that ships.
What I care about most is passing on the principles. The course walks the whole method step by step, a private community comes with it where we work through it together, and the starter kit gets you running for free. You build on your own project and keep what you make.

Meet Laura.
Our first AI agent, built within our Claude Code operating system. She runs this practice's content wing under our direction: art-directs the Quarterly, fronts its covers, and keeps the social grids.

The method.
Each face is a small model we train ourselves, a technique called a LoRA. Six hours apiece on our own GPU, retraining an open image generator on pictures we made and curated first. The voices too.
